Dean Lancaster
Managing Director
Dean has been developing services to many of the worlds leading printer manufacturers for over 35 years. He started Intersource in 2001, having for many years worked providing cost savings solutions to printer manufacturers, he saw the need for a company totally dedicated to providing these services.
Dean believes and always works towards a Win-Win business principle for building long term business relationships. Over the years, Dean has set up many logistic centres around the world to assist printer manufacturers streamline their procurement and paper management systems.
Combining Deans extensive knowledge and contacts in the paper industry, with his knowledge in setting up logistic centres, this has allowed his clients to not only launch reliable new printers on time and in budget, but also saving millions of dollars in the process.
Home Life
Dean grew up and lives in the beautiful Forest of Dean, he loves spending time with his family and especially time with his daughter and now a granddaughter.
When not with family he's always played lots of sport and after playing over 1,000 competitive football matches, he's finally hung the boots up. Now on weekends, he can now be found pitch side but with a camera in his hand working as a professional sports photographer, covering the England football/rugby teams and also Premiership/Championship matches.
He loves traveling with his partner Louise, walking his boxer dog and also sits on the committee of a charity, organising events for the local community.
James Jackson
Operations Director
James is one of the founder members of the company when it was formed in 2001, having already worked in providing operational support to printer manufacturers for many years.
James is the main contact for many clients and prides himself on a high level of customer care, with over 20 years of knowledge delivering these services, he makes sure the operations of the company run smoothly, making sure customers receive a five star service.
Home Life
With James dad in the military his early life involved him moving around the country, following in his dads footsteps he served in the Army reserves for many years, becoming a Staff Sergeant in the Royal signals which included a tour of Iraq in 2003.
James also has interests in flying and hopes to receive his pilots license one day again following in his dads footsteps.
James is very much devoted to his growing family, much of his time supporting his three children from his first marriage and his young daughter with his new partner Sarah.
Simon Speake
Logistics Manager
Simon joined the company in 2003 and has been pivotal in building the high level of operational support Intersource is renown for. Simon is based in our Welwyn Garden City Location making sure our physical operations run smoothly.
Simon has also been highly involved in the success of building and running our logistic centres worldwide, combining his knowledge in paper storage and distribution with his expertise in the needs of printer manufacturers, he has been vital in delivering a high level of service while providing substantial cost savings to our clients.
Home Life
Simon has a busy family life with his partner Julie, they spend lots of time bringing up their three daughters and have a recent addition of a granddaughter.
Originally being from the Manchester area, he's a passionate Manchester United supporter and often when visiting family he ties it in with a visit to Old Trafford to watch them play.
Simon's escape from day to day life is through his fishing and also joining the commitee of his local fishing club.
